Trina Zahller
Trina Zahller grew up in Montana and made her way through Australia, Seattle and Washington, DC, before settling in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Trina received her Masters of Social Work from Smith College in 2013 and has been a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) since 2017. She has Advanced Certification as a Hospice and Palliative Care Social Workers (AHPSW-C) and is a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist. She will complete her training in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT) in Feb 2026.
Trina has studied Anusara and Bhakti yoga since 2005 and completed her RYT-200 Anusara yoga teacher training in 2009. She is a Reiki II practitioner and enjoys linking meditation, movement, breath and energy. Prior to getting her MSW, Trina had 14 years of experience in advocacy, organizational development and community engagement, during which she worked on service learning, drug policy reform and environmental justice projects. Her most recent passion project is serving as the Education Director for Firefighters for Plant Medicine, a mental health advocacy organization led by her husband who has served as a firefighter since 2007.
She believes wholeheartedly that we create a positive path for our community by starting the work with ourselves. Mind Body Home is a living intention to guide us back to whole and sacred living.
